UniFor presents MTM – Made to Measure and Giuditta at its Paris showroom, 6 Rue des Saints-Pères. Developed in collaboration with Herzog & de Meuron and first unveiled during Milan Design Week 2026, the two collections express a shared approach to design based on the measured construction of space, material research and constructive clarity.
MTM – Made to Measure
Conceived as an open and scalable furniture system, MTM – Made to Measure is based on a rigorous geometric framework governed by a constant 12° geometry. The same constructive principle generates tables in different sizes, benches, single- and double-sided sofas, coffee tables and a table tennis table, allowing the system to adapt to different spatial contexts while maintaining consistent proportions and a recognisable identity. A palette of wood, coloured glass, natural travertine, Red Lepanto marble, mirror-polished stainless steel and cork upholstery further expands its expressive and material possibilities.
Giuditta
Originally designed for the bistro at Villa Roccabruna, now part of Mandarin Oriental, Lake Como, Giuditta reinterprets the archetype of the classic chair through a contemporary architectural perspective. The collection includes indoor seating in solid wood, characterised by a distinctive curved armrest and generous upholstery, alongside outdoor versions in polished tubular steel designed for durability and stackability. A two-seater outdoor sofa completes the family, extending its use across hospitality and outdoor environments.
For Paris Design Week, the UniFor showroom is transformed through a new installation dedicated to MTM – Made to Measure and Giuditta. The display brings together the MTM table tennis table, tables and cork-upholstered sofas with Giuditta seating in wood and steel, alongside the architectural wall system originally conceived by Herzog & de Meuron for Spazio UniFor in Milan and reinterpreted in natural and pink aluminium finishes. The installation highlights the versatility of the two collections and the continuous dialogue between design, research and production that defines the collaboration between UniFor and Herzog & de Meuron.
