PURCHASING / SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR
ROLE PURPOSE
To identify and negotiate the best purchasing conditions with suppliers for the assigned Business Unit, ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards and project and/or stock product lead times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Select suppliers and issue requests for quotation, preparing comparative summary tables of received offers.
- Lead commercial and contractual negotiations focusing on cost savings, batch sizes, quality and lead times.
- Select and qualify suppliers, including through periodic site visits.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Define and update price lists.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, regulatory and health requirements.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in mechanical/manufacturing companies operating on a project-based model.
HARD AND SOFT SKILLS
- Knowledge of AS400 and MS Dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of purchasing and logistics regulations.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and solid understanding of materials.
- Good command of the English language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.

TECHNICAL DESIGNER – OFFICE PARTITIONS

TECHNICAL OFFICE DIRECTOR
ROLE PURPOSE
To design technical solutions for office partition systems, ensuring feasibility, quality and aesthetic-functional coherence in line with company standards and client requirements, collaborating with the technical team from the design phase through to production.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design office partition systems according to client specifications and project requirements.
- Prepare technical drawings using AutoCAD; provide support in 3D modelling using Inventor when required.
- Conduct feasibility analysis and define construction details.
- Collaborate with the production department to ensure correct project implementation.
- Support colleagues in drafting, engineering and mock-up activities when needed.
- Manage design changes and update technical documentation (including Bills of Materials).
- Meet project deadlines and contribute to ongoing technical dialogue within the team.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years of experience in mechanical design within related sectors (partitions, window/door systems, metal carpentry, mechanical engineering).
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD; experience with 3D software (Inventor) is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of materials (aluminium, glass, accessories) and mechanical processing and assembly techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

ROLE PURPOSE
To support the HR department in operational and organisational activities, contributing to the effective management of administrative, training, recruitment and internal communication processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Personnel administration: attendance tracking, preparation and management of documentation (letters, reports, deadlines), filing.
- Training: planning and management of training courses, administration of access to interprofessional training funds, onboarding support.
- Recruitment and selection: preparation of job descriptions and support in recruitment activities for operational roles.
- Internal communication and organisational support: drafting internal communications and managing dedicated initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Educational background in economics, social sciences or humanities (high school diploma or Bachelor’s degree).
- At least one year of experience in personnel administration, with interest or brief experience in recruitment, training and communication.
- Discretion and integrity.
- Understanding of communication dynamics with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
