UniFor supports the Danish artist collective SUPERFLEX on the occasion of SUPERFLEX: Rainbows, Sponges, Flies, and Spoons, on view at the MAK Center for Art and Architecture at the Schindler House in Los Angeles through September 13, 2026

The collaboration reflects UniFor’s long-standing commitment to culture, architecture and design as interconnected fields of research and experimentation.

For UniFor, design is never conceived as an isolated object, but as part of a broader spatial and cultural vision: one that engages with behaviours, communities and the evolving ways in which people inhabit space. Supporting SUPERFLEX’s exhibition at the MAK Center is part of this wider cultural vocation, confirming the company’s active presence within the international cultural landscape and its ongoing dialogue with art and architecture.

For the exhibition, UniFor contributes a selection of pieces, including the iconic Aldo Rossi’s Museo chair, tables from the PRINCIPLES collection by OMA, and an Andromeda table by LSM. Integrated throughout the Schindler House, these elements support the presentation of the artwork while contributing to the atmosphere of the exhibition. Their presence encourages a reading of the space as both domestic and cultural, dissolving the boundaries between furniture, architecture and display. In this way, the pieces become active components of the exhibition, participating in the construction of its spatial and conceptual framework.

Since its foundation in 1969, the company has developed a project-led approach, working closely with architects, designers and institutions to interpret the complexity of contemporary spaces. Over the years, this dialogue has extended beyond the workplace to include museums, cultural institutions, collective buildings and temporary exhibitions.
