The projects and works of Álvaro Siza on display exhibit design by Maurizio Oddo Palazzo Militello - Enna, Sicily, Italy 16 July - 16 September 2011 The Faculty of Engineering and Architecture of the Kore University of Enna, in collaboration with the Omphalos studio of architecture of Enna, is organizing a series of events entitled "Álvaro Siza opere e progetti in mostra" (the projects and works of Álvaro Siza), to be held in Enna from July 16 through September 16, 2011. In an attempt to analyze the figure of the Portuguese master through a close look at most of his more significant works, the initiative consists of several cultural events, including an opening conference with a Lectio Magistralis by Álvaro Siza himself, to be introduced by Francesco Dal Co, Editor in Chief of Casabella. Having always been involved in promoting the culture of design, in particular architecture and industrial design, Unifor is participating as a sponsor of the initiative.
