Douglas Holding is a European specialist in the growing beauty products market, with an assortment of over 22,000 cosmetics items distributed through more than 1,700 sales points. The company's new Düsseldorf headquarters was built in just a short lapse of time and occupies an 8,000 sq m area, with 500 workstations organized by type of activity. Well-defined open-space and enclosed office environments are alternated by a series of service spaces, think tanks, meeting rooms, lounges, and coffee break areas. The result is a rational, flexible and comfortable office environment in perfect harmony with the company's philosophy aimed at fostering personal well-being. The various layouts are organized around a large central atrium overlooked by balconies and overhead walkways that facilitate the circulation of staff. The refined simplicity of the furnishings contributes to the definition of an exclusive and pleasant work environment.
